Jenny Jelly
This is a chewy yummy beautiful looking jelly. Kids definitely will LOVE it.
INGREDIENTS:
Coloured Layers (200ml per layer)
- 4 packets – Jelly (Different colours)
- 800ml (200ml each) – Water
- 14 tsp (3½ tsp each) – Gelatine Powder
White Layers (200ml per layer)
- 1 can (350ml) – Evaporated Milk
- 250ml – Water
- 7 tsp – Gelatine Powder
Japanese Cheesecake
SERVINGS : 6
INGREDIENTS:
Set A
- 250 ml milk
- 250 gm cream cheese, cubed and softened at room temperature
- 60 gm butter, softened at room temperature
- 6 egg yolks
Set B
- 55 gm cake flour
- 20 gm corn flour
- 1 lemon zest
Set C
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 130 gm caster sugar

Maple Banana Walnut Overnight Oat
One of my favourite recipe that I can prepare the night before and wake up with a dessert breakfast.
SERVINGS : 1-2
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 – 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 small red apple, chopped
TOPPINGS:
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 2 teaspoons honey
STEPS:
- In a container(I use those glass contain with a lid from IKEA), mix together the , vanilla extract, yogurt, milk, cinnamon and rolled oats. Stir in the peanut butter and chopped apple.
- Cover the container(Put the lid on) and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats well. If the oats are too thick, mix in some extra yogurt or milk.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped peanuts and honey. Top the oats with the peanut mixture, and enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast!

Traditional English Scones
SERVINGS : 8
INGREDIENTS:
- 380g all-purpose flour
- 100g white sugar
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 170g cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 250ml milk (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup Cranberries (Optional)
*Customize by adding your favourite dried fruit or nut
STEPS:
- Preheat oven to 200 °C. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter. Mix the egg and milk in a small bowl, and stir into flour mixture until moistened.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead briefly. Roll dough out into a 1/2 inch thick round. Cut into 8, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
